Museo del Novecento is at Piazza Duomo 8. It opens Tuesday–Sunday 10:00–19:30, with Thursday extended to 22:30. The listed full ticket is €10, including permanent collections and temporary exhibitions. Ticket-office sales end one hour before closing; entry ends half an hour before.

Thursday gives more time for an after-work meeting, but agree arrival before the entry deadline. Choose part of the collection and leave time to talk afterwards. If someone can only arrive very late, rearrange before buying. Check the museum’s notices for the date, particularly strikes or exceptional closures.

Novecento advertises free entry for everyone on the first Sunday of the month and for visitors up to age 25 on the second Tuesday.

Compare the whole group’s cost: one person may qualify for a concession while another pays full price. Before inviting many people, check group rules and availability. Do not extend Novecento’s free-entry policy to every Milano attraction. An affordable outing can use a free venue on another day instead of relying on a condition that only some participants meet.

Castello Sforzesco’s courtyards open free daily, 07:00–19:30. Museums open Tuesday–Sunday 10:00–17:30 and close Monday; one ticket covers the Castello museums. Check notices about rooms and routes before visiting.

The courtyards let you arrange a meeting without requiring everyone to buy admission. Choose a precise spot and shared time; anyone visiting collections needs additional time and budget. In rain, being inside the complex does not necessarily mean being under cover or having free access to rooms. Agree an alternative beforehand and respect courtyard closing time.
