Prepare the phone before reaching the gate: find the correct ticket and check the battery. Payment confirmation is different from the validated ticket screen. During inspection, show the ticket in the app as instructed. If something fails, seek help before boarding instead of assuming a screenshot solves every issue.

With a pushchair, heavy luggage or a need for lifts, check operation on the day and include the connection in your total time.
