These initiatives complement other care but do not replace registration and referral through the Serviço Nacional de Saúde. Before booking, confirm the unit responsible for your address and access conditions; a neighborhood program is not automatically available to all residents or visitors.

The municipal education portal links to school clusters, support and school transport. Locate schools near your planned home and ask the cluster about your child's educational background, documents and additional services. A nearby school does not prove a place is available. Use each for its stated purpose: applications and cases, public-space reports or geographical information. Keep the request number and receipts. When entering personal data, start from the official portal; a social-media message is not equivalent to a formal submission.

Biblioteca de Marvila offers reading and study spaces, computer resources, and cultural and educational activities. It is an option for building a routine beyond tourist circuits. Check the program, registration rules and opening hours before visiting; services and activities may have different conditions. Also consider facilities near home so participation fits everyday life.
