The 31st Palermo Marathon takes place on Sunday, 15 November 2026, organised by ASD Media@. The programme includes the 42.195 km marathon, a half marathon and a four-person relay of approximately 10.5 km per runner. The regulations give a meeting time of 07:30 and a start at 08:30, Palermo local time. Visit Sicily identifies Piazza Ruggero Settimo as the starting location.

Paid registration must be completed exclusively through ENDU, reached through the ISCRIVITI button on the official website, by 15 October 2026. Entry fees depend on the distance and registration date. Relay entries are accepted for complete teams of four, rather than individual runners.

Check your entry category in the regulations before paying: age, sporting affiliation and documentation requirements differ for FIDAL members, runners affiliated with overseas federations and Runcard holders. Where a medical certificate is required, it must specifically cover competitive athletics. A separate non-competitive tourist option has its own conditions for foreign citizens residing outside Italy and does not count towards the competitive rankings.

Recheck the route, race-number collection instructions and organiser updates before travelling. This listing does not assign one finishing time to races of different distances.
