ANM announced full Line 1 service between Piscinola and Centro Direzionale from 14 September 2026 throughout operating hours. The notice directs passengers to official channels for changes. Information is available on 800 639525, Monday–Friday, 06:30–20:00.

Use this update when comparing addresses: an earlier report of disruption may no longer describe your journey. For each property, plan the trip to work or school and the return. Include walking to the station, connections and the last service; apparent closeness on a map does not settle the whole commute.

The current table lists an urban integrated 90-minute ticket at €1.80, an ANM daily at €4.50 and an integrated daily at €5.40. Daily tickets expire at midnight on the validation day. A company single covers one ANM vehicle; Alibus and the Monte Echia lift have special fares.

Before buying, note the operators on your route and whether you will change vehicles. Compare an integrated ticket with the individual journeys needed. ANM Go and UnicoCampania sell tickets; check activation before boarding and keep your phone usable. A purchase screen does not replace the validation required for travel.

Alibus links Capodichino, Piazza Garibaldi and the port. A single costs €5; UNICO ALIBUS, also €5, combines one Alibus ride with urban services within 90 minutes. The page lists the last airport departure at midnight and the last station-to-airport departure at 23:50.

Tell the seller if you need onward public transport after Garibaldi; the same price does not mean the same validity. Check the stop and date-specific timetable before flying. Allow for luggage and traffic and arrange an alternative if arrival runs past the last bus. Do not assume an ordinary urban pass covers Alibus.

The demographic portal lists local offices and contacts: for example, Municipalità 1 at via S. Caterina a Chiaia 76 and Municipalità 2 at Piazza Dante 93. Municipalità 8’s moving service covers arrivals from another municipality or country; guidance is at municipalita8@comune.napoli.it and 081 7952144.

First identify the Municipalità of the property and confirm which office accepts your declaration. Viewing certificates online is different from submitting a residence change. Use the national guide to organise documents and ask for the appropriate submission channel, especially for first registration from abroad. Sending the same application to several offices will not reliably speed it up.

ASPPI provides Napoli’s territorial agreement deposited on 24 July 2025 for residential, temporary and student contracts. Its office is via Marino Turchi 19, on 081 7641715 and 081 5511640. When considering a canone concordato offer, ask which agreement and calculation support it.

For ERP public housing, the municipal page explains that the waiting list is regional and allocation depends on vacant properties and eligibility checks. Contact servizio.politicheperlacasa@comune.napoli.it, 081 7958304 or 081 7958314. This is not an immediate housing offer for newcomers. Meanwhile, compare expenses, contract length and commuting, and confirm advice fees before engaging a service.

Conad at via A. Scarlatti 57 lists 081 5782222, Monday–Saturday 08:00–21:00 and Sunday 08:30–14:00. The store offers online collection and delivery. Napoli’s coverage page asks for street and number: appearing in the store list does not establish delivery to every property.

If you arrive on Sunday afternoon, arrange another option instead of relying on these hours. Before filling a large basket, check available slots, charges and delivery conditions for your apartment. For specific dietary products, confirm stock and read packaging; a general department list does not prove availability on the day.

ASL’s list places Chiaia, Posillipo and San Ferdinando in DS24. That district’s health registration desk is at Corso Vittorio Emanuele 690, Monday and Wednesday, 08:30–13:00; contacts are 081 2547117 and ufficioanagrafe.ds24@aslnapoli1centro.it. Other neighbourhoods have their own districts.

For doctor or paediatrician selection, the page requests an ASL form and identity, residence, household and health-registration documents. If you do not yet have a tessera sanitaria, ask which documents apply to first registration. Confirm your district before visiting; the institutional footer address is different from this desk. Eligibility depends on individual circumstances, not simply being in Napoli.

On 14 September, the municipal service page marked ordinary applications inactive: the 2026/2027 window ran from 6 March to 1 April. For current guidance, contact the education service at Piazza Cavour 42, 081 7959410 or servizio.educativo@comune.napoli.it; also check with the nursery and Municipalità.

The notice allows specific late exceptions and reopening when waiting lists are exhausted and places remain. One exception concerns children already enrolled in and attending municipal or state nursery/primavera services whose residence changed after the deadline. This does not allow unrestricted late entry for everyone. Request the notice for the relevant unit and age group; do not schedule a job start around an assumed place.

ASIA calendars distinguish, for example, Chiaia from its private residential parks, Centro Antico–Decumani from Piazza Garibaldi, and households from businesses. Find the precise zone and confirm container placement with the building. A restaurant calendar does not automatically apply to the apartment above.

The bulky-item form is for domestic users only and allows up to three items per request; it asks for a TARI code, address and item details. Televisions, construction rubble and several other materials are excluded from this collection. Check the list before dismantling furniture or leaving it outside; wait for the appointment and instructions for your particular item.

Since 24 April 2026, ANM directs access/transit requests to Smartmobility, excluding temporary permits. The desk at via Giambattista Marino 1 requires an appointment on 800 639525 and opens Monday–Thursday, 09:00–13:00. Payment is routed to PartenoPay only after administrative checks.

For temporary permits, the Comune lists permessitemporanei.ztl@comune.napoli.it. Check requirements, zone and purpose first: Centro Antico, Chiaia and pedestrian areas have separate pages. Reserving a garage space does not prove permission to pass a gate. Plan your arrival route and request instructions matching the vehicle plate, day and zone; paying directly on a portal should not be assumed to grant entry.

Use the figures to compare ventilation, insulation and heating. Plan rain protection in wetter periods and shaded routes with drinking water in heat. For specific dates, use forecasts and Protezione Civile/municipal alerts. Monthly averages cannot predict a storm, flood or heatwave.

The Richiesta Assistenza form is publicly accessible and offers an option for people without digital identity. It requests first and last name, email, category, service and up to 600 characters of detail; codice fiscale was not marked mandatory.

Use the space to identify the procedure, where you stopped and what needs confirmation. For example: first residence registration from abroad, the property’s Municipalità and which submission channel to use. Avoid attaching personal documents unless the service asks. Keep the reply to follow the indicated route, and report changes to MyCommunity with a source and date.
