Description

Domeniche Metropolitane opens Florence’s municipal historical archive for dramatised visits organised by the archive in collaboration with MUS.E. The activity introduces its rooms and municipal documentary collections at Palazzo Bastogi, Via dell’Oriuolo 33.

This listing covers the upcoming sessions announced for 4 October, 1 November and 6 December 2026. Each Sunday has visits at 15:00 and 17:00, lasting approximately 90 minutes, for groups of up to 30 people. These are scheduled visits on specific dates, not an exhibition open daily throughout the period.

Participation is free and booking is required. October bookings open on 21 September; November bookings on 19 October; December bookings on 23 November. Email prenotazioni.archiviostorico@comune.fi.it with your preferred date and time, and wait for confirmation from the archive. This listing does not guarantee a place.

The same municipal page describes a preview already held on 5 September, the first visit on 6 September and separate opening hours for the documentary exhibition in September and on 4 October. Those hours do not replace booking for the dramatised tour. The source’s date header still covers the first weekend; its detailed list confirms the three future dates shown here.

For general information, the archive provides +39 055 2616527 and archstor@comune.fi.it. The booking email is different. Before booking, check any accessibility needs and the presentation language with staff; the sources consulted do not specify service in Portuguese, English or Spanish.
