The 19th Lo schermo dell’arte takes place in Florence from 11 to 15 November 2026, directed by Silvia Lucchesi. Its announced main venue is Cinema La Compagnia, Via Cavour 50/r; Via della Fonderia is the association’s administrative address. Other spaces take part, including a display of Jean-Luc Godard’s notebooks and final films at Palazzo Strozzi’s Strozzina during festival week.

The programme connects cinema with visual art: the opening announces Julian Rosefeldt’s Euphoria, while the Saodat Ismailova focus brings together four films and a lecture. It is particularly relevant to audiences interested in artists’ films and creative processes. Selected streaming titles on the festival’s MYmovies ONE channel have a separate run, 11–22 November; this does not mean venues operate continuously.

The organiser announces free screening admission for people under 30 and audience-award voting through its app. The page checked on 14 September 2026 did not yet provide a complete session timetable, other prices or booking rules: consult the programme before travelling.
